Born and raised in Trujillo, Peru. Moved to the United States at the age of 15. Started his training in salsa dancing in 2008.

Has trained under the direct guidance of Pepe Gonzalez, Francisco Vazquez, Sergio Jasso, Gaby Equiz, Selene Tovar and Rodrigo Cortazar.

Has participated and performed with the following companies: Melomanos (OC), Los Rumberos (LA), Alma Latina, Los Anormales

2X Champion at LA's Top Social Dancer Competition with Dasha Reut in 2019 and with Arianna Lopez in 2020
